沃尔玛Walmart 卖家入驻申请表填写教程
注意：注册之前一定要去申请一个美国的固定电话，做客服使用，遇到什么问题，有很多客户会打电话的。
如果卖家收到了Walmart发出的入驻邀请邮件，就可以按照沃尔玛入驻邀请邮件的提示打开链接，填写卖家申请资料，邮件和链接见下图。
点击walmart marketplace seller application进入注册页面
一、Company Profile（公司情况）：
Registered/LegalCompany Name：公司法定名称
DBA Name：店铺名称
OtherBusiness Name：其它商业名称
CompanyWebsite：公司网站
TaxID：税号
Year Company Founded：公司创建年份
State of Incorporation：公司性质
Legal Address：公司注册地址
CityTown：公司所在城市
State/Province/Region：公司所在州
Postal/Zipcode：邮政编码
Country：国家
PrimaryContact Name：主要联系人
PrimaryContact Title：主要联系人职务
PrimaryContact Mobile：主要联系人手机（美国）
Do you give us the permission to text you for special notification if needed? Yes/No

What’s your last 12 months tatal sales revenue?过去12个月的总销售额有多少？

Areyou anexisting supplier of Walmart？Yes/No（是否是Walmart的供应商？）
How did you hear about Walmart Marketplace？何是如果了解到Walmart Marketplace？
注：标红色星号的字段是必填字段，填写并检查完成后，点击按钮“Save and Continue”.
二、Machandise Assortment
1、Select the categories you plan to sell in(选择你计划销售的商品品类)
注：按自己的实际情况填写，没有必要选择过多自己还没有的品类，选择品类后第二页还要提供各品类的数据
选择完成后，点“Save and Continue”按钮。
2、（Provide Data）提供品类数据
% of Annnal Sales 此品类销售额占比
Numberof SKUs 此品类的SKU数量
Numberof SKUs(To be sold on Walmart Marketplace) 此品类要在沃尔玛销售的SKU数量
Number of Brands(To be sold on Walmart Marketplace)此品类要在沃尔玛销售的品牌数量
注：品类数据按自己的实际情况填写，% of Annnal Sales 的Total 数字应该是100
填写完成后，点“Save and Continue”按钮。
3、FinishingQuestions（完成问题）
What percentage of your assortment today is manufactured under your brand by your company?
你公司自有品牌商品的百分比？
What percentage of your assortment owned versus dropship?
自有货物与批发商dropship代发货占比。
注：dropship 是供应链管理中的一种方法，零售商不需商品库存，而是把客户订单和装运细节给批发商，批发商将货物直接发送给最终客户. 零售商赚取批发和零售价格之间的差价.
填写完成后，点“Save and Continue”按钮。
三、Marketplace Experience（电商平台经验）
Doyou currently sell on other marketlace? Yes/No
你目前是否在其它电商平台销售？注：这个要选择Yes
If yes,select top three marketplace.
如果有，请选择3个主要的电商平台
注：例如ebay、amazon等，如果不在列表里，就选择Other
四、Operations and Customer Service(运营和客户服务)

你愿意与沃尔玛进行继承的方法？注：选择自己是什么渠道进行注册的，这样才更容易通过审核

收到订单后，分拣、打包、发出订单要用多少个工作日？注：不要超过3个工作日，一般1-2个工作日
5、Areyou currently using FBA to fulfill your online orders?
你现在在使用亚马逊FBA发你的在线订单吗？Yes/No 注：可按实际情况写
6、If yes, what percentage of orders are fulfilled by FBA?
如果用FBA发货，你订单中FBA的比例是多少？注：建议不要超过45%
7、Doyou offer freeshipping?Yes/No是否提供免邮服务?
8、Ifyes, What percentage of your assortment has free shipping? 如果有免邮，百分之多少有？
9、Whatis your pre-fulfill cancellation rate over the past 90 days?
90天内的履约取消率，是指由卖家由于各种原因导致的取消订单。注：建议写一个零点几的数字。
10、What your percentage of your orders fall outside your promised shipping window?
订单超出承诺送货时间的比例？
11、What percentage of your orders refund?
订单退款率？
12、What’s your customer return policy? 退货政策？
所有资料填写完成点“Finish”按钮。
到这里基本注册提交就告一段落了，提交之后等沃尔玛的邮件就可以了。
